1.1. The online store DopeMirrors.com, available at www.dopemirrors.com, is operated by MARTINS Paweł Szczęśniak, with the registered office at Wierzchowiska Pierwsze 89, NIP: 7123289160, REGON: 061716828.

1.3. These Terms and Conditions apply to both consumers and entrepreneurs using the Online Store.
Client – an individual, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Online Store and enters into a Sales Agreement with the Seller.
Seller – the entity specified in point 1.1 of these Terms and Conditions.
Online Store – the website available at www.dopemirrors.com, through which the Client can place Orders.
Product – the motorcycle mirrors available in the Online Store, which are the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Client and the Seller.
Sales Agreement – an agreement for the sale of a Product entered into at a distance between the Client and the Seller via the Online Store.
Order – a Client's statement of intent aimed directly at entering into a Sales Agreement, specifying the type and quantity of the Product.
3.1. Clients may place Orders 24 hours a day via the website.
3.2. To place an Order, the Client should:

4.1. The prices listed on the Online Store's website for each Product are gross prices, indicated in Polish złoty, including VAT, but excluding the delivery costs and payment method fees.

- Credit/debit card payment
- BLIK payment
- Stripe payment
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
4.3. To receive a VAT invoice for the purchase, the Client must contact the Seller before or immediately after making the purchase.
4.4. The total order price, visible in the cart before placing the order and after selecting the delivery method and payment, includes the price of the ordered Products, taxes, and any additional fees, including delivery and transaction fees.
4.5.1. The payment processor for card payments is PayPro SA (Agent Rozliczeniowy), Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, registered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068.
4.5.2. The payment processor for other payments is Shopify Payments.
4.5. The Client is required to make the payment:
4.6. Refunds by the Seller will be processed promptly, no later than 14 days from the date the reason arises, in cases of:
4.7. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the Client agrees to an alternative method that involves no additional costs.
5.1. The delivery of the Product is available worldwide.
5.2. Delivery costs are specified on the Online Store's website and during the Order placement process.
5.3. The delivery time is 1-3 business days from the moment the payment is processed.
6.1. The provisions of this article regarding the right to withdraw from the agreement apply to individuals entering into an agreement directly related to their business activity, provided that the content of the agreement indicates that it does not have a professional character, specifically referring to the type of business activity registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
6.2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the Agreement, the Client must inform the Seller of their decision through a clear statement.
6.3. The Client may use the withdrawal form available on the Online Store's website.
6.4. In the case of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Client is required to return the Product to the Seller’s address.
6.5. The Client bears the direct cost of returning the Product.
6.6. The Consumer must return the product in an unused condition, no later than 14 days after the withdrawal from the agreement.
7.1. Complaints may be filed on the basis of warranty or guarantee, if provided.
7.2. If the Product is covered by a warranty, the Client is entitled to file a complaint under the warranty either through the Seller or directly with the guarantor. The time for exercising rights under warranty is suspended when the Consumer notifies the Seller of a defect.
7.3. The right to use warranty rights is independent of any rights arising from the guarantee. The exercise of rights under the guarantee does not affect the Seller’s liability under warranty.
7.4. Complaints regarding warranty can be submitted by letter or email to the Seller's address. A complaint form, which is not mandatory, is available.
7.5. The complaint should include the following details:
7.6. If the warranty complaint concerns the Product, the Consumer is required to return or send the product to the Seller at their own expense. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund of shipping costs until the complaint is resolved.
7.7. The Seller will process the warranty complaint within 14 days from the complaint submission date.
7.8. The Seller will inform the Consumer of the complaint resolution either electronically or by mail, depending on the method used for filing the complaint.
7.9. If the complaint concerns a Product that must be returned to the Consumer, the Seller will deliver or send the product to the Consumer’s address.
7.10. A refund for complaints under warranty will be made via bank transfer or postal money order, depending on the Consumer’s preference.
7.11. The warranty does not apply to Clients who are not Consumers.
8.1. The Product is covered by a lifetime guarantee provided by both the manufacturer and the seller.
8.2. The guarantee is valid from the moment the product is purchased from the manufacturer.
8.3. The guarantee covers damages caused by product usage.
8.4. The Seller reserves the right to reject a claim due to multiple abuses by the buyer.
8.5. The Seller reserves the right to charge a fee for shipping the replaced/repaired items to the customer.
